We had the most incredible time at Carpe Diem in Santorini. The hotel offers stunning views and fantastic facilities, making it a true retreat. The service was exceptionally personalized, and the food was absolutely delicious. On the downside, the remote location might not be ideal for those wanting to explore the busy tourist areas daily. However, for relaxation, it’s perfect!
